Avani+ Koh Lanta (former Crown Lanta Resort and Spa): From 8500 Baht. 315 Moo 1, Saladan. The rooms are located up on a hill, from the lobby they drive you with electronic cars. Good reviews on tripadvisor.com

Kaw Kwang Beach Resort คอกวาง บีช รีสอร์ท: From 350 Bath with fan and 1500 Baht with aircon. 16 Moo 1. Saladan. Quite good reviews on tripadvisor.com. In front of the resort there is no beach, but you can walk to the left side a little bit. But this blogger saw a lot of foam on the water and the beach (on 27 may of 2010 to be exact).
